Meru County, nestled on the eastern slopes of Mount Kenya, has long been a region of vibrant political activity. Known for its diverse culture, rich agricultural lands, and strategic importance, Meru is now becoming equally known for its political drama. The past months have seen Meru being a hotbed of political intrigue, power play, and even an attempted ouster of its governor. But what is really happening in Meru, and why is it so significant? The Political Landscape of Meru Meru's politics have always been colorful, characterized by a mix of traditional leadership structures and modern political dynamics. Historically, the region has been governed by a blend of community elders, known as the Njuri Ncheke, and elected officials. This unique interplay has often created a delicate balance between respecting traditional governance and embracing the democratic process. However, in the past few years, this balance has been disrupted. The county has experienced rising political tension

CONFESSION TIME - NI BAHATI TENA.

The just concluded week has ended on a 'high' where Kenyan content creator and upcoming rapper, Diana Bahati, found herself trending on Twitter from her own YouTube video; which she recorded some two years ago.

As people would say; 'Ogopa KOT (Fear KOT.) KOT is an abbreviation of Kenyans On Twitter. This is the same platform that was able to retrieve Diana Marua's dirty secrets; where she confessed to be dating older married men, now known as sponsors, for money in order to maintain her expensive lifestyle.

Diana Marua is a mother of five, one being her step-daughter, and a wife to reknown Kenyan musician Kevin Kioko popularly known as Bahati. She is now popularly know as 'Diana B', her stage name, since she decided to venture into music, precisely rapping.

Diana Marua hopped onto social media to defend her 'dark' past where Bahati, her husband, was also seen defending his wife about it.

In a long post on her Instagram page, she captioned the reasons why she recorded that video and why she professed to be dating older married men. Her main reason being to inspire the ladies out there, especially the young ladies who are not certain what direction to take in their lives.

“I shared my story to testify that Jesus can make every woman’s wish come true. It pains me every time I see our young women lose hope and bury their dreams as society makes it look so impossible, but if that was Diana 10 years ago and today, I am a proud mother of 5, a wife...TO THE WOMAN READING THIS DO NOT GIVE UP, WAKE UP AND FOGHT FOR YOUR DREAM- YOUR TIME IS COMING!!!" concluded Diana, on her long Instagram post.

“This is my wife, the one that God chose for me. I love you because you are so genuine, and I am happy that you don’t pretend to look perfect! Keep being true to yourself and to God; that is the only way you will inspire more and more women out here. Babe, I love you, and the doings of the Lord in your life have just started. Be prosperous in Jesus’ name. I love you, my love,” said Bahati, as he defended his wife.

Love is definitely a beautiful thing๐Ÿ˜ for a spouse to publicly defend their partner, hope it finds you if hasn't yet๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’“

Diana Bahati had recorded that video two years ago on her YouTube channel after her husband Bahati surprised her with a brand new Mercedes Benz..
